We perform detailed climate analysis (studying sun path, wind patterns, and rainfall) and map daily user activities. This deep-dive study forms the core design direction, ensuring the architecture is naturally responsive and deeply personalized.

With insights from the site study, we enter the raw creative stage. We translate contextual requirements into initial conceptual schemes.

Through manual sketching and artistic block diagrams, we explore potential volumes, spatial orientations, and structural flow. This stage captures the soul of the project, establishing the core architectural narrative and spatial relationships.

Collaborating closely with the client, initial concept sketches are evolved into precise computer-aided layouts.

We build full 3D models and premium 3D walkthrough videos to simulate lighting, material textures, and view corridors. Once the plans, elevations, and 3D perspectives align perfectly with the client's aspirations, we freeze the design for final execution.

The transition from design to solid reality demands rigorous coordination. We compile structural layouts and complete civil work schedules for site personnel.

Our team conducts regular site inspections alongside structural engineers to supervise execution quality. We supply a meticulous package of 23 working drawings and documentation to ensure construction matches the authorized blueprint.
